Recently I Read, The Loser List, by H.N. Kowitt. The genre of the book is comedy and describes a middle school boy attending his first year. This boy doesn't turn out to be the most popular boy, since he likes to do everything other students don't enjoy doing.
Throughout the book, the boy changes by adapting to others and he slowly starts to become much more popular. People seem to be around him much more. After a while, people find out that he is capable of more things, they start to appreciate his creativity, although after that he still isn't the most popular. He is a protagonist who remains a "loser."
Bhavesh, I think you needed to have described the turning points more carefully. The post is a little superficial.
